// Enter here to win this Cape Dress from Wardrobe On Web //

The Festive season is here! This time of year is full of festivities with Nivratri, Karva Chauth, and Diwali (Indian New Year) all within a few weeks of each other. With so many celebrations, it’s a great opportunity to invest in new Desi wear. Normally, I’m all for re-wearing South Asian fashion by adding a new twist. However in our family, we have a tradition of buying new clothes for Diwali! From Diwali cards and parties to distributing sweets, there are so many opportunities to get dressed up. For the last few months, you have been asking me to feature South Asian fashion on the blog. I teamed up with Wardrobe On Web to share with you my Diwali Party Style all week long. Diwali is a time to give thanks and bless the New Year. This Diwali, I’m so thankful to celebrate with you. As a newlywed, this Diwali is even more special and I wanted to thank you for all the love and support you’ve shown me over the last year. From wedding planning to moving to SF and then Singapore, your messages asking how I’m doing, if I need any help, and words of encouragement got me through the tough times and motivated me to keep following my dreams. Now it’s my time to share a Diwali Treat!

Diwali Party Style Give way with Wardrobe On Web!

For Social and Style readers, Wardrobe On Web and I are giving away the peach cape dress shown here! We picked this tunic since the style flatters all body types and sizes. And the cape trend is so IN right now.  The peach color is festive and looks great on South Asian skin tones. Best of all you can wear the tunic in so many ways with jeans, pants, skirts, and shararas. I wore this tunic to a Diwali Cards party over the weekend and it was so comfortable. Here’s how to win!

  1. Follow Wardrobe On Web and Social and Style on Instagram
  2. Tag two friends (here)
  3. Share you favorite Diwali sweet (e.g, ladoo, jalebi, gulab jamun, etc.)
  4. Example: <comment here> Ladoo! @friend1 @friend2
