#Indianwear – A Winter Wedding – Look decoded

Today is a cold snowy day. During the winter, I usually stay indoors, relax, and enjoy the down time. This winter, I decided to do things a little different. I am making some major changes starting this month! Instead of waiting for the perfect time, I realized there is never a “perfect time”. Sometimes you just have to trust things will work out – and take the leap! I am excited to share my new ventures with you over the next few weeks.

Last weekend, the weather was calling for a snow storm. While I love cozy days snowed in, that weekend we had a family friend’s wedding reception to attend. Thankfully the weather cleared up and we were able to celebrate! On a work trip to Kolkata a few years ago, I bought a sari-lengha and love wearing it. Thanks to the embroidered pleats, the sari is so easy to wear, walk, and dance in. I decided to change the look a bit by draping the pallu over my shoulder. I took a few photos of how the look turned out!
