Now that I’ve been posting my workout videos on Snapchat and Instagram (@SocialandStyle) stories, many of you have asked me to share fitness related posts. Since fitness is something near and dear to my heart, I am super excited to share my first YouTube video (!) on how to make a quick and easy post workout snack. When I get done with an intense workout, all I can think about is refueling. I look for snacks that are high in protein, easy to make, and taste yummy! Recently, I discovered LÄRABAR Nut Butter. While I had heard of LÄRABAR, I had no idea that LÄRABAR makes such great tasting nut butter. Personally, love crunchy, textured nut butter, so I decided to try the Cashew & Almond butter made with whole sunflower, pumpkin, flax seeds, dark chocolate, and coconut.  This recipe is packed with protein, fiber, and just the right amount of carbs needed after a high intensity workout. Post workout snack with LÄRABAR Nut Butter


  • Lightly toasted whole wheat pita
  • Sliced strawberries
  • Sliced bananas
  • Sprinkling of shredded coconut
  • 2 TBSP LÄRABAR Nut Butter – Almond and Cashew


Step 1 – Spread 2 TBSP of LÄRABAR Nut Butter on lightly toasted whole wheat pita bread


Step 2: Add sliced strawberries and bananas


Step 3: Sprinkle unsweetened shredded coconut


Step 4: Enjoy!
