New Mom Energy Boosts!

As a new mom – the one thing I need is more energy! Baby Aadhav gets up early (5-6 am!) and from then on my day is filled with playtime, laundry, pumping, food prep, cleaning, walks, hugs, and finally bedtime. After Aadhav goes to sleep, I have dinner with the hubs, catch up with family and friends back home in the States, work on the blog, and knock things off my to-do list. By the end of my day, I am ready for sleep! In the New Year, I’ve started focusing on my energy and how I spend my time. I noticed a few things that have really helped give my energy a boost!
