Exclusive access to The FashionEdit’s unveil of Payal Singhal’s latest collection!

One of my first posts on Social and Style was a sangeet look from designer Payal Singhal. Readers loved Payal’s modern take on Indian fashion and her statement designs. When I featured The FashionEdit last fall, a designer Indian fashion boutique in NYC, I received so many comments requesting a part 2! The FashionEdit features two of India’s leading designers Payal Singhal and Namrata Joshipura. Today the studio unveils “Excavations & Firdaus” by Payal Singhal, her latest collection shown at Lakme Fashion Week and Wills Indian Fashion Week. Social and Style visited the studio for an exclusive sneak peek into the trunk show on March 5-7th.

The collection is punctuated by Payal’s statement prints along with rich colors and sequence designs.  I love the crop tops paired with over the shoulder dupattas and the long flowy tops. This collection is made for women with all body types, in line with Payal’s design philosophy.  Be sure to visit The FashionEdit Showroom to experience this collection first-hand. With items in all price ranges, styles, colors, and prints – you will definitely find something that is perfect for you!

  1. I love Payal’s intricate designs, always so classy and so elegant. Thanks for this second feature!!

  2. I like Payal’s designs..but I feel over the last two seasons some of her prints are repetitive.. Liking the blue garment a lot though :) is it a skirt with dupatta or a pre-draped saree?

Beautiful prints Kamana. That’s good that you could make a trip to NY when they had sale.

  4. Love her pieces! You look lovely in the blue number.
